• ​At TW Counselling I believe that no person is the same - we are all individuals with our issues, struggles and strengths and because of this your therapy will be tailored to suit your specific needs and requirements

• We all have times in our lives where we feel like we are struggling - or are unhappy with our current circumstances. Counselling can provide the space to explore any of the issues you may be facing in a supportive environment

​

• Counselling can help support you if you are having problems in any area of your life including your relationships with others, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, bereavement or loss

​​

• ​I specialise in anxiety and anxiety disorders, run therapeutic groups for teenagers too anxious to attend school, and write and deliver workshops on anxiety and mental health. I am also a coach for parents and carers of anxious teenagers.

• Fees are £60 per individual session ​​for standard counselling via Zoom or face-to-face (ltd spaces available for face-to-face)

​​

• Concessionary rates are available for trainee counsellors at £40 per session.​

​

• Our counsellors are registered or accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework.
